It's a bit of a job to get a face to face appointment. I ask for appointments online but I feel like if you're too vague you don't get seen, you have to make sure you word things right. I was sent an email from a paramedic saying I wouldn't get a face to face and it felt to me a bit like they were rubbing it in.
I'm okay emailing but I'm not able to send pictures and I was trying to be seen for a skin condition. It puts your mind at rest when you're actually seen face to face, and I care for my partner so it's important I feel well. I understand that people do what they can do though, and sometimes it's okay. It just feels that it'd be quicker if I could just come down and make an appointment here.

Pretty good - difficult to get past reception

Pretty good. It was quite quick today. But sometimes I find it quite difficult to get past the receptionist so I go online instead. It's easier and quicker to use online. The only thing with using the computer is the doctor calls back and asks for you to take a photo. It's not always possible to take a photo and would be better for them to see you.

I've got no problems. The nurses are lovely here. It's more difficult to see doctors but I don't need to.

All okay today. When you try to make an appointment, I find it very hard to get an appointment. It feels like they don't think you should go. I have been sent to the pharmacy first. Once I've been to the pharmacy they said I should see a doctor but I don't always bother to go. I don't have any complaints though, they're very nice here.

I get messages on my mobile which I like as it's an easy way to get to me. I wish I had an iPad as that's an easier way to get in touch with the surgery but my daughter has one so I borrow it if I need to. I'm happy to communicate using my mobile phone.

Everything was fine. They took me in quickly and I didn't have to wait long. The nurse was very nice and put me at ease.

I want to see someone face to face

My experience is of chaos. I've had back troubles for years and when you want an appointment you cannot get one. I've been in agony and I couldn't walk and I rang up and was told by a Dr to take some painkillers. I want a face to face not a phone call. I feel like when you get over 70 they don't care any more.

It's pretty good with not a lot to improve on. We've been having a bit of a battle with medication as there has been a lot of changes in the last few months, but this should all be sorted by the end of this week.

Generally all good. I can't phone as they always seem busy so I email at 9am and get either a message back or a call from the doctor the same day. Everything gets sorted in a day. In my opinion I can't do a lot about the phones, but I have no problems - I never see a doctor but I'm happy with that as do everything online.

Repeat prescription

I have had radical surgery for Bladder cancer, which has left me with an Iliostomy. The hospital set up a repeat prescription for my medical supplies with Fittleworth Medical Ltd and this service is very good. However, since moving to Watton Medical Practice I have had trouble with the surgery authorising my repeat prescriptions with Fittleworth. Today I received only part of the order, missing a crucial element of my supplies without which I cannot use the Iliostomy. I have contacted the surgery by e-mail, as it is difficult to telephone the practice and get a response and I need this order urgently.
