• Menopause help

  It was a bad day I was late for my menopause meeting that I’d been waiting for several weeks and on the day i mistakenly thought it was 15 minutes later than it was and even though they offered me to stay and be seen in 30-45 mins I was in such a state I declined the reason I was going was for brain fog anxiety and came away more distressed and tearful missing time as I thought the appointment was for half an hour to discuss helping me with these and many more symptoms of the menopause I’m reluctant to rebook as it will be shown I missed last app I know it’s my responsibility to be on time but thought there would be more understanding considering the reason of app
