Whilst we would all take time off to be seen if we were acutely poorly, for our routine health needs it is useful to be able to plan this around work/school/caring for others. • Painless blood test

  I had an appointment for bloods with the new lady at Tuckswood Surgery last week. She was very polite and calming during the appointment and the blood test itself was painless. Usually i can be problematic with blood tests but she got it first time! I think her name was Lara (it might not have been sorry!) but would happily see her again!

  My asthma review was really seamless. I had to wait less than a minute, my nurse was very friendly and professional, and went through the process quickly but thoroughly. It wasn't cumbersome but I also didn't feel rushed, and she explained things clearly. Really top quality care.

  Best COPD review i have had Beth reassured me with my breathing problems, was given a full medical also changed one of my inhalers Beth also got a Doctor to see me there and then,she is a credit to the surgery
