  It's a bit of a minefield when you first start caring for somebody and I had no idea what help is available but after a very helpful and informative phone call I feel much more prepared and supported in the journey ahead. I couldn't have asked for more and I'm so thankful for the help.

  I had a very supportive conversation with Hayley, it was great to learn of extra support that is available should i require it. The information supplied has improved the care i can provide for my mother and all links will be of use in the futre.

  Being a carer is exhausting and isolating. It’s wonderful to find an organisation that can listen, understand and provide sensitive practical advice. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so kind and professional, and the info and links are really useful. I feel less alone already. THANKS SO MUCH!

  The Lady made me feel at ease when asking questions, she told me lots of things that i didn’t know were available, very efficient, took time to listen to me, very helpful.

  I cannot thank Samantha enough. She was so kind and it was a huge relief just to be able to talk to someone. She listened and gave us so much useful advice and suggestions. We really are so grateful to her and this service for giving us some hope at last. Thank you
