  Hayley is helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She really listened, and the support and referrals she provided came at just the right time for me. I really feel a weight has been lifted. Feeling less alone, and knowing where to access the right help for my situation has made a huge difference to me. Thank you so much.

  Karen called to go through my current circumstance, and was both helpful and patient as phone for losing signal at times. Thoroughly recommend them as they also send follow up email which details useful signposting discussed

  Without Hayley's help and support we wouldn't have known where to turn next, as mum has been diagnosed with both altzimers and vascular dementia, thank you so much Hayley you really are a huge asset to us all

  Assessment was simply but effectively stated and written. No normal tick boxes which is so cold and never covers exactly what a Carer feels. Obviously I was actually listened to and this shows on my Assessment.

  Very helpful Karen listened to my needs to help me look after my wife suffering from alzheimers. She offered advice on various bodies akin to my needs and made referrals to departments like Occupational health.
