• At last I feel that support is out there

  I had a long productive conversation with Sheila who explained things very well and listened to my problems. She has given me a lot of information which may help me in the future. I had not realised that there was so much more support out there. I'm sure she had gone over her allotted time but she was very patient and I felt much more positive after speaking with her.

  Excellent, very friendly and helpful and Karen had time for my questions. renewed my faith as I wanted to talk to a live person as opposed to the necessary searching the web and checking many links.

  I have used the online chat service a couple of times and it has always been so quick and easy to use. I have obtained the information I have needed promptly which is of great help. I am a social worker in Adult Social Services where time is precious.

• Support that i needed

  I was not sure about being called a carer but once i had spoken to Sam i am beginning to realise that i am and that i needed some support. Sam was very supportive and provided lots of tips and links for further help. It is just a shame that i was not made aware of this service sooner by adult services .
